Centrifuge LLC is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems that support our business operations and applications.

As a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer, you will utilize your deep knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices to develop and maintain highly available and cost-efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices, along with a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments.

Required Skills/Experience

US Citizenship Required
Must have TS clearance (or DHS full clearance)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
At least 10 years or more experience in the field in the related industry.
Advance knowledge and hands-on experience in architecting, implementing, and operationalizing multi-tier production stacks in AWS.
Experience with deploying, testing, and managing enterprise applications in cloud environments including production.
Passionately practices Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar.
Lives and breathes automation pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitLab, or similar.
Strong system administration experience in Linux with fluency in Bash.
Strong understanding of AWS networking services, including VPC, route tables, VPC flow logs, VPC peering, ALB/NLB.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Kubernetes (EKS), Cluster Management, Docker/Containers and how to troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments is required.
Knowledge and hands on experience with programming and infrastructure automation is highly desirable.
Experience securing cloud environments is highly desirable.
Fluent in at least one major programming language such as TypeScript, Java, Python similar is highly preferred.
Familiarity with different auditing mechanisms/tools within AWS environment and integration with Splunk is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Technologies
Possess a minimum of three years of experience designing and implementing security countermeasures to maintain system compliance with DISA STIGs or similar U.S.Government security compliance regime.
Desired Experience in AWS Crossplane.
