Before transitioning into operations, Vani worked as an IT developer, leveraging her technical expertise to build solutions and improve systems. With an IT degree and a deep understanding of the technical side of the industry, she decided to explore the other side of IT operations. Her background in development enhances her problem-solving abilities and allows her to bring a unique, tech-driven perspective to her current role.
